<p>This is no ordinary counterfeit import issue &#8211; I found a nice article describing the shipments &#8211; the CPU was a piece of lead, with a <em>sticker</em> of a fan attached to a &#8220;heatsink&#8221; piece of molded plastic. And, of course, the usual translation issues.</p>
