This video is scary. A conspiracy theorist goes around the streets of California trying to get signatures for a “Repeal the 1st Amendment” petition. He markets the 1st Amendment as outdated and tells people signing that a repeal will prevent “hate speech” and will ban criticism of the President. No joke! Watch the video:
